The Start Now landing page is Arizona Online’s destination showcase page for the majority of digital advertising. After a successful 2 year run the page was due for a much needed refresh.

Over time this page was losing interactions. After user testing, reviewing heat maps and Google Analytics, my team and I found that the biggest need was highlighting our programs.

I met with content managers and developers to discuss information hierarchy, interactions and capabilities and we landed program filter functionality and seamless request for information interactions.

The page was launched successfully and user interaction and requests for information have increased year over year.
